I found that when I had completed my NLP practitioner training some years ago, whilst I had all the tools available to me as a Coach, they weren’t easily accessible when actually running a coaching session. I wanted everything in one place, including a bank of coaching questions and all of my techniques from both practitioner and master practitioner to save me having to go to different manuals. I like ease and simplicity!

 

And so I developed The BIG Book of NLP Coaching and Techniques – An Easy to Use Coaches Guide to NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Techniques.

This has been developed by me to include all of the NLP techniques in one easy to follow book - No more searching for that technique in your manuals in the middle of a coaching session! 

 

This book is intended for use by NLP Practitioners and above. Many of the techniques are incredibly powerful and it is therefore assumed that the user has been trained to use these techniques at the appropriate level. Clearly it would not be ecological for the coach to use techniques they have not been trained in using.

 

The book is split into two sections – Coaching Questions and NLP Techniques and Scripts.

Within the coaching questions section, there is an assortment of example coaching questions and models for you to use that I’ve collected myself whilst coaching. It also includes the full Detailed Personal History Script from the NLP Master Practitioner programme.

 

In the NLP Techniques and Scripts section, I’ve given an introductory piece of information in the majority of cases for you to use this in your pre-frame. I’ve then included as many of the techniques from the Certified NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner Programme. The techniques are in alphabetical order for easy search and access.

There are many contributors to the world of NLP and the material is widely available on the internet, often unclear where the material and techniques originated. Where I know the source, I will reference it and apologies for any omissions.
